Grundens Recalls Youth Jackets with Drawstrings Due to Strangulation Hazard; Risk of Serious Injury or Death

Hazard: A drawstring in the hood of the recalled jackets presents a substantial product hazard as it can get caught on objects and cause death or serious injury to children, due to strangulation.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled jackets away from children and remove the drawstrings to eliminate the hazard. Consumers can either return the jacket to Grundens for a full refund or upload a photo of the jacket with the drawstring removed to receive a partial store credit in the form of a 20% discount code. Consumers should go to https://grundens.com/pages/recall to participate in the recall.

This recall involves the Youth Clipper 282 Jacket and Youth Zenith 282 Jacket sold in youth sizes 8 - 12. Both jackets have a drawstring in the hood and "Grundens" printed on the left chest. Inside the jacket there is a black label with "Grundens" and the country of origin in white lettering. The youth Clipper jacket was sold in an orange color and the youth Zenith jacket was sold in orange, navy, and camouflage colors.

H-E-B Recalls 12-Pack Destination Holiday Glow Light Stick Bracelets Due to Skin Irritation Hazard

Hazard: The green glow stick bracelet within the 12-pack container can leak, posing a skin irritation hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should not use the green bracelet sold as part of the 12-pack of bracelets and return the bracelet or container to H-E-B to receive a full refund.

This recall involves Destination Holiday Glow Light Stick bracelets sold in a 12-pack container with UPC 9787014483. The bracelets were sold in green, red, pink, orange, yellow and blue colors. "Destination Holiday Bracelets" is printed on the product packaging.

HOMEAL Bed Rails Recalled Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Entrapment; Violates Mandatory Standard for Children's Portable Bed Rails; Sold on Amazon by HOMEAL

Hazard: The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory standard for children's portable bed rails because when installed adjacent to the bed, a child can become entrapped in the openings on the side of the mattress, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to entrapment.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bed rails and contact HOMEAL for a full refund. Consumers should remove the cloth covering from the frame, cut the cloth in half, and email a photo of the destroyed cloth and frame to HOMEAL at homeal_recalls@outlook.com. Upon receipt of the photo, HOMEAL will issue a full refund. Consumers should dispose of the recalled bed rails in accordance with state and local waste disposal procedures.

This recall involves HOMEAL-branded children's bed rails. The portable bed rails have a white steel frame and gray oxford cloth. "HOMEAL" is printed on the gray cloth and "Model No.: 338" is printed on a label stitched to the product.

Knog Recalls Bicycle Lights Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

Hazard: The lithium-ion battery in the bicycle light can overheat and catch fire, posing a risk of fire and burn hazards.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycle light and register at http://www.knog.com/recall for instructions on how to receive a free replacement bicycle light. Consumers should dispose of the lithium-ion batteries in accordance with local and state regulations and not discard it in the household trash. Do not dispose of the light until you receive confirmation from Knog that your unit qualifies for the recall.

This recall involves the Knog Blinder 900 and Blinder 1300 Front Bicycle Lights with the following batch codes: 0124AA, 0423AA, 0723AA, 0923AA, 1023AA, 1123AA and 11A23AA. The batch codes are printed on the underside of the light. They have a black exterior and are marked with the brand "knog". The word "Blinder" is imprinted on the light's handle. They were sold individually, and in a set, and came with a mount. Note: Do not throw this recalled lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Recalled lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center may accept this recalled lithium-ion battery or device for disposal. Before taking your battery or device to a HHW collection center, contact that office ahead of time and ask whether it accepts recalled lithium-ion batteries. If it does not, contact your municipality for further guidance.

Milwaukee Tool Recalls M18 FUEL 14" and 12" Top Handle Chainsaws Due to Laceration Hazard

Hazard: The recalled chainsaw's chain brake may not activate, posing a laceration hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chainsaw and contact Milwaukee Tool for a free repair. Consumers should register their product at https://service.milwaukeetool.com/support/eservice to receive a prepaid shipping label to return their product to Milwaukee Tool for repair.

This recall involves the M18 FUEL Top Handle Chainsaw, catalog number 2826-20 with a serial break identified with "A" in the product's serial number. The catalog number can be found on the upper right portion of the product's nameplate. The serial number can be found on upper left portion of the nameplate, and the serial break level is the 4th digit of the serial number. The product is a battery-operated chainsaw that comes with either a 12" or 14" bar, which is intended for use with Milwaukee's M18 batteries. The product is sold either individually as a bare tool that includes a chain and bar cover and blade wrench, or as a kit that includes two (2)M18 batteries, an M18 battery charger, a chain and bar cover and a blade wrench.

Recall 26052

Modera Recalls Modera Pack N Play Mattresses Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Entrapment; Violates Mandatory Standard for Crib Mattresses

Hazard: The after-market play yard mattresses may not adequately fit certain play yards, which is in violation of the mandatory standard for crib mattresses, posing a deadly entrapment hazard. Babies have suffocated in gaps between an undersized mattress, or extra padding, and side walls of a product, especially when the infant's face becomes trapped against the side and the mattress, preventing the infant from breathing.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mattresses and contact Modera for a full refund. Consumers should cut the mattresses in half and send a photo of the destroyed mattress in the waste bin to recall@moderababy.com to receive a full refund.

This recall involves Modera "Pack N Play" Play Yard Mattress. The mattresses were sold in white, pink, blue, and gray, and have "Modera baby" printed on labels attached to the mattress. The mattresses are dual-sided, with one side labeled "infant" and the other side labeled "toddler." The dimensions of the mattress are 38 inches long, 26 inches wide and 1.5 inches thick.

Polaris Industries Recalls Model Year 2025-2026 Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar and Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar Recreational Off-Road Vehicles (ROVs) Due to Risk of Serious Injury from Fire Hazard

Hazard: An improperly routed alternator cable can become damaged and contact the negative battery post, resulting in an electrical short, posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ROVs and go to https://www.polaris.com/en-us/recalls/off-road/polaris-recalls-some-model-year-2025-2026-ranger-xp-1000-and-crew-xp-1000-vehicles/ to determine if their vehicle falls under the scope of the recall. Polaris is providing instructions on how to continue operating their vehicles until the repair can be completed or to contact an authorized Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair at the dealer's location.

This recall involves certain VINs of Polaris Model Year 2025-2026 Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar and Ranger Crew XP 1000 NorthStar ROVs. The recalled vehicles were sold in black, blue, bronze, brown, camouflage, gray, orange, red and white. The vehicles were sold in three and six-seat configurations and have "POLARIS" stamped on the front grille. The VIN is printed on the left rear frame (on the driver's side of the vehicle) under the cargo box.

The Kroger Co. Recalls Halloween-Themed Skeleton Wax Candles Due to Fire Hazard

Hazard: The candle contains ornaments that are flammable, posing fire and burn hazards.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled candle and return them to any Kroger store for a full refund in the original form of payment.

This recall involves a Halloween-themed Skeleton Wax Candle, which is a white candle in a black plastic bowl that includes skeleton and pumpkin ornaments and a duck candle. The plastic container bears a misspelled warning label that reads: "WANING: PLASTIC CONTAINER AND ONAMENTS ARE FLAMMABLE". Other labeling on the container includes a red $7 price sticker and a warning label that reads "This product not intended for use by or accessible to children 12 years of age or younger. MADE IN CHINA" with model number D310800CN01.

Werner Paddles Recalls Kayak Paddles Bracelets Due to Drowning Hazard

Hazard: The recalled kayak paddles can break during use, posing a drowning hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled kayak paddles and contact Werner Paddles for a full refund in the form of a check or store credit redeemable online. Consumers should fill out a recall form at https://wernerpaddles.com/pages/covert-stealth-recall-consumers. To collect the refund or obtain the store credit, consumers should follow the instructions on the Werner website and destroy the recalled kayak paddle by cutting the paddle into four equal pieces, halfway through each blade and halfway through the left and right side of the shaft and upload a photo of the destroyed paddle.

This recall involves models Stealth and Covert kayak paddles. The brand name Werner appears on decals on both blades and the model name is printed on the right paddle blade. The paddles are made of black carbon fiber.

Hazard: The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children. The dressers violate the mandatory standard as required by the STURDY Act.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled dressers immediately, if they are not anchored to the wall, and place them in an area that children cannot access. This recall expansion involves WLIVE Fabric 16-drawer dressers. The recalled dressers were sold in charcoal black, charcoal black wood grain, black rustic brown, dark gray, light gray, rustic brown wood grain print, and white and have a metal frame, wooden top, and 16 collapsable fabric drawers. The 16-drawer dressers have "ASNG093" printed on labels located on the product packaging.

3M Company Recalls Thermal Laminators Due to Overheating

Hazard: The recalled thermal laminators may overheat, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using and unplug the recalled laminators and contact the 3M Company to receive a full refund. Consumers will be asked to fill out a short form, confirm that their laminator is included in the recall, and upload a photograph of the machine with the unplugged power cord cut. The refund will come in the form of a check mailed to the consumer upon receipt of the completed form and confirmation that the machine's power cord has been cut.

This recall involves the Scotch™ Thermal Laminator, model TL909-50. The laminator is light gray/white with gray accents, and the word "Scotch" is printed in gray on the front. The laminating slot is approximately 9 inches wide. The model number and serial number are located on a sticker on the bottom of the laminator. Only units with serial numbers between 2406000001 and 2501001920 are included in this recall.

This recall involves Bealife 5-Drawer Dressers. The recalled dressers are white and measure about 32 inches high by 28 inches wide by 16 inches deep. Model number AP23-W is printed on the product packaging. The model number does not appear on the product itself.

Cranach Hardware Recalls Tip Restraint Kits Due to Tip-Over Hazard; Manufactured by Cranach Hardware

Hazard: The recalled plastic tip restraint kits (also referred to as furniture straps) can break or degrade, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in serious injuries or death to children or elderly consumers interacting with furniture that is secured to the wall with the defective plastic tip restraints.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using Cranach Hardware plastic tip restraints immediately and contact Cranach Hardware for a free replacement tip restraint kit made of stainless steel. Keep children away from the unit while waiting for a replacement tip restraint kit. Consumers will need to provide photographic evidence of destruction or disposal of the product to receive a replacement tip restraint kit from Cranach Hardware.

This recall involves defective plastic tip restraint kits (also referred to as furniture straps) manufactured by Cranach Hardware. The recalled tip restraint kits contain two white plastic brackets/mounts (one for connection to furniture and the other for connection to the wall), a white plastic cable zip tie, two different pairs of screws (one longer than the other), and two drywall anchors. The plastic in the brackets/mounts and the cable zip tie can break or degrade over time, which could lead to furniture tipping over if a consumer interacts with furniture that was secured by the recalled product. CPSC testing revealed that the recalled plastic tip restraints failed to meet the requirements of ASTM F3096-23, the industry standard for tip restraints. Young children or elderly adults could be severely injured if interacting with furniture that is secured to the wall with these defective plastic tip restraints.

J & D Brush Recalls Bio Ionic Hair Curling Irons Due to Burn Hazard

Hazard: The barrel of the curling iron can snap and detach, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled curling iron, unplug it, and contact Bio Ionic to register for a free replacement curling iron. Consumers will be asked to cut off the plug and return the plug to the recalling firm using a prepaid shipping label.

This recall involves the Bio Ionic One-Inch-Long Barrel Curling Iron model number LXT-CL-1.0 with a date code between 0722 and 1223. The curling iron has a black handle and black barrel. The product measures about 15.8 inches long by 2.87 inches high by 1.65 inches wide and weighs about 15 ounces. The curling iron handle has a blue BIOIONIC logo and a black label that provides operating instructions. The model number can be found on the rating label located on the handle of the curling iron. The date code is engraved on the prongs of the plug in the format MMYY representing the month and year.

LEACHOI Adult Portable Bed Rails Recalled Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Entrapment and Asphyxiation; Violates Mandatory Standard for Adult Portable Bed Rails; Sold on Amazon by LEACHOI

Hazard: The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails because when the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. In addition, the bed rails do not bear the required hazard warning labels.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled adult portable bed rails immediately and contact LEACHOI Store to obtain a refund. Consumers should follow these disposal steps: 1 Remove the bed rail handle, U-shaped frame, side handle, and extension tubes (if present). 2 Write "RECALLED" on upper rail handle and silver U-shaped frame with a permanent marker. 3 Using scissors, cut the black fabric mesh bag off the upper rail and cut the black safety strap in half (if present). 4 Write the buyer's name on a piece of paper next to the disassembled product. 5 Take a photo and upload it online at https://leachoi.com/leachoi-bed-rail-safety-recall/. 6 Dispose of the recalled product in accordance with local requirements. This recall involves all Lifepro Bioremedy Infrared Sauna Blankets with model numbers LP-BRMDYL-BLK, LP-BRMDYL-GRY, LP-BRMDYR-BLK, LP-BRMDYR-GRY, LP-BRMDYR-BLU, LP-BRMDYR-PNK, and LP-BRMDYR-PRPL. Only blankets with a control pad that has a gray face are included in this recall. The recalled sauna blankets were sold in two sizes, 31 inches by 71 inches (regular) and 36 inches by 76 inches (large). The sauna blankets come in black, gray, pink and purple. "Lifepro" and the model number are printed on the front of the blanket and the controller.

Olympia Tools International Recalls Pack-N-Stroll Utility Wagons Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Entrapment and Falls; Violates Mandatory Standard for Strollers

Hazard: The utility wagon violates the mandatory standard for strollers because an opening between the organizational tray and the sidewall may cause a child's head to become entrapped, posing a risk of serious injury or death. In addition, the utility wagon's lack of a restraint system poses a risk of falls to children.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the utility wagons immediately and return the item to Costco to receive a full refund.

This recall involves the Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagon. The product was sold in black with blue accents on the handle, wagon, and wheel spokes. The product was also sold with a removable organizational tray and two cup holders attached to the push/pull handle. The utility wagon can fold for storage. "Pack-N-Stroll" is in blue lettering on a black label attached to the utility wagon.

Recall 26040

Sauna360 Recalls Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid Saunas Due to Fall Hazard

Hazard: The saunas contain a bench that can collapse, posing a fall hazard to consumers.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid Sauna benches immediately and contact Sauna360 for a free repair. Sauna360 will provide a professional installer to retrofit the benches with additional hardware. Consumers will also receive a revised product manual from Sauna360 that includes the weight limit.

This recall involves bench seating in Sauna360's Tylö branded Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid sauna rooms. The serial number for each room can be found on both the packaging and the sauna rooms. The Halmstad 2, 3, and 4 sauna rooms have the serial number label located beneath the upper bench on the left side, directly above the electrical contactor box. The Kiruna Hybrid 2 and 3 rooms have the serial number label applied to the right wall, located beneath the right side of the upper bench. The model number is printed in the manual. Hazard: The recalled fuel containers violate the mandatory safety standards for portable fuel containers because they lack flame mitigation devices required under the Portable Fuel Container Safety Act, posing a deadly risk of flash fire. In addition, the Children's Gasoline Burn Prevention Act requires all closures on portable gasoline fuel containers to be child resistant. The spout on the products is not child-resistant, posing a risk of burn and poisoning to children.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled fuel containers, place them out of reach of children and contact Canada Prep and Ship for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to write "Recalled" with permanent marker on the container and submit a photo of it in the trash to info@canadaprepandship.com.

This recall involves Scepter B62 gas and oil fuel containers. The recalled combination fuel containers are red with black caps and yellow spouts on each end. They have dual chambers with a 6-liter gas capacity on one side and 2.5-liter oil capacity on the other. "Scepter" and "Gasoline Danger" are embossed on the side of the container and a Fire Marshall stamp is on the front-left-side of the gas tank, near the fuel spout.

Yamaha Recalls Model Year 2021-2025 Golf Car Vehicles Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Crash Hazard

Hazard: The recalled golf car vehicles lack stop lights, posing a risk of serious injury or death, due to a crash hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled golf car vehicles and contact an authorized Yamaha Golf Car dealer to schedule the free installation of two stoplights. For consumers who cannot take their recalled golf car to an authorized dealer, Yamaha will provide transportation or will install the stoplights at the location of the golf cart.

This recall includes model year 2021-2025 Drive 2 Personal Transportation Vehicles (PTVs) Gas/Electric golf car vehicles. The recalled golf car vehicles were sold in a variety of colors. The following models and serial number ranges are included in this recall. The model name/number is located on the left and right side of the vehicle. Serial numbers are in various locations depending on the vehicle model. If you are unable to locate your serial number, contact Yamaha for assistance. AOWOS Dressers Recalled Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Tip-Over and Entrapment Hazards; Violates Mandatory Standard for Clothing Storage Units; Sold on Walmart.com by AOWOS

Hazard: The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in serious injuries or death to children. The dressers violate the mandatory standard required by the STURDY Act.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled dressers immediately, if they are not anchored to the wall, and place them in an area that children cannot access. Contact AOWOS for instructions on how to dispose of the dressers to receive a full refund. Consumers must submit a photo to AOWOSRecall@outlook.com of the product showing disposal.

This recall involves AOWOS 12-drawer dressers. The recalled dressers were sold in black, brown, gray, oak, pink and white. They have a metal frame, wooden top, 12 collapsing fabric drawers of different sizes with handles, four side pockets and two hooks. The dressers measure about 39 inches by 12 inches by 44.5 inches, and weigh about 42 pounds. Belivium Baby Loungers Recalled Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Suffocation and Entrapment Hazards; Violates Mandatory Standard for Infant Sleep Products; Sold on Amazon by Belivium

Hazard: The baby loungers violate the mandatory standard for Infant Sleep Products because the sides are shorter than the minimum side height limit to secure the infant; the sleeping pad's thickness exceeds the maximum limit, posing a suffocation hazard; and the enclosed openings at the foot of the loungers are wider than allowed, posing fall and entrapment hazards to infants. The portable loungers do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard. These violations create an unsafe sleeping environment for infants, posing a risk of serious injury or death.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the baby loungers immediately and contact Belivium for a full refund. Consumers should remove the sleeping pad, cut up the sides of the baby loungers and the sleeping pad and email a photo of the destroyed lounger to BeliviumRecall@163.com to obtain a full refund.

This recall involves Belivium baby loungers. The baby loungers are made of a foam sleeping pad and padded bumpers with a cloth cover. They were sold in the following styles: yellow zoo animal, blue dinosaur, blue rainbow, blue and grey star, colorful elephant, grey and blue palm leaf, light brown farm theme, pink butterfly and plant, pink deer, white and grey cloud, and white and grey elephant. Hazard: The screen console can overheat and ignite, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using and unplug the recalled rowing machines. Consumers should contact iFIT to arrange for a free home repair by an authorized technician in the form of a replacement screen console.

This recall involves iFIT NordicTrack Rowing Machines with model numbers NTRW19147.0, NTRW19147.1, NTRW19147.2 or NTRW19147.3. The model number is printed on a decal attached to the rower base. The recalled rowing machines are black, gray and white and have "NordicTrack" printed in black letters on the front legs of the machine. The back legs of the machine have "RW900" printed in white letters.
