Agro Superior Group Recalls Oliver & Smith Mattresses Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fire Hazard; Violation of Federal Standard for Mattress Flammability

Hazard: The recalled mattresses violate mandatory flammability standards for mattresses, posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury or death to consumers.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled mattresses immediately and contact Agro Superior Group to receive a free fitted cover to put over their mattress, which will bring it into compliance with federal standards for mattress flammability. The firm is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Oliver & Smith-branded 6-inch hybrid mattresses sold in Twin, Twin-XL, Full, Short Full, Queen, Short Queen, King and California King sizes. The top of the mattresses has white woven ticking with a wavy diamond pattern. The sides of the mattresses are white with a diamond pattern and the bottoms of the mattresses are black. A side-seam label located on one side of the mattress lists "Oliver & Smith", "PERFECT SLEEP" and "Organic". A side-seam label located on the other side of the mattress lists "Made for: Superior Importers Company Trenton NJ 08638", "Made in Colombia", material contents, certification statement, date of manufacture, size dimensions and filling net weight.

Bugaboo North America Recalls Giraffe High Chairs Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fall Hazard

Hazard: The highchairs pose a fall hazard and risk of serious injury or death to babies because the legs of the chair can detach from the frame if the screws connecting the legs are not properly tightened during assembly.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled highchairs and contact Bugaboo to receive a free repair kit including an Allen key and new screws to install into the product's legs. Bugaboo is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Bugaboo Giraffe highchairs. The highchairs measure about 30 inches tall, 21 inches wide and 23 inches long. The highchairs were sold in blue, black, natural wood/white, warm wood/gray and white with the item codes listed below. The item codes are located on the bottom of the seat. Endless Pools Recalls Manual Retractable Pool Covers Due to Drowning and Entrapment Hazards; Risk of Serious Injury and Death

Hazard: The recalled pool covers can leave a gap of more than 4.5 inches between the cover roller and the pool surface, when installed incorrectly by the installer. An improper installation can result in the covers not conforming to the voluntary industry standard, ASTM F-1346, posing drowning and entrapment hazards to children that could result in serious injury or death.

Remedy: Pool owners and operators should immediately contact Endless Pools for a free inspection and a free repair by an Endless Pools support services representative. Endless Pools will inspect the pool covers and send out a service representative to remedy any entrapment and drowning risks posed by improper installation. Pool owners and operators should not allow children to use or access the pool or pool cover unsupervised. Until the repair for the pool cover is completed, keep children away from the pool cover when closed. To prevent serious injury or death due to entrapment under the pool cover, do not allow anyone - especially children - to sit, stand, or jump on the pool cover at any time. Endless Pools is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Endless Pools Manual Retractable Security Pool Covers. The pool cover system includes a hand crank mechanism that allows the user to cover and uncover their custom Endless Pool. The covers were sold in various colors, including tan, black, gray, light blue and royal blue, and vary in sizes based on the customized size of the pools, from 8 feet to 16 feet wide.

Mammut Sports Group Recalls Skywalker Pro Via Ferrata Sets Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fall Hazard

Hazard: The carabiner can be opened without engaging the safety latch, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to fall hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the Via Ferrata Sets and contact Mammut Sports Group for a full refund. Mammut Sports Group will provide return labels for consumers to return their recalled products to receive their refund. Consumers should email warranty.usa@mammut.com to request the prepaid return labels.

This recall involves Skywalker Pro Via Ferrata Sets used to assist during mountain and rock climbing. The product has a blue cord with an orange and gray colored carabiner. Only model numbers 2040-02840, 2040-02850 and 2040-02870 are included in this recall. The model numbers can be found on a tag inside the pouch.

More than One Million Anker Power Banks Recalled Due to Fire and Burn Hazards; Manufactured by Anker Innovations

Hazard: The lithium-ion battery in the power bank can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled power banks and contact Anker Innovations for instructions on receiving a free replacement power bank. Visit https://www.anker.com/product-recalls to register for the recall. To receive a replacement, consumers will be required to submit a photo of their recalled power bank showing the model number, serial number, their name, the date of the photograph, and the word "recalled" written on the power bank in permanent marker. A purchase receipt will be requested but will not be required to participate in the recall. Consumers will also be required to confirm disposal of the power bank in accordance with applicable laws and regulations before receiving a replacement.

This recall involves Anker PowerCore 10000 power banks with model number A1263. The brand name "Anker" is engraved on the front of the product. The model number "A1263" and serial number "SN" are printed on the bottom. Only model number A1263 power banks sold in the U.S. with qualifying serial numbers are included in the recall. Consumers should check their serial number at https://www.anker.com/product-recalls to determine whether their power bank is included in the recall. Note: Do not throw this recalled lithium-ion battery or device in the trash, in the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or in used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Recalled lithium-ion batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center may accept this recalled lithium-ion battery or device for disposal. TTI Outdoor Power Equipment Recalls RYOBI 40-Volt 24-Inch Cordless Hedge Trimmers Due to Laceration Hazard

Hazard: The hedge trimmer blade can unexpectedly activate after pressing just the safety or trigger control individually rather than engaging the safety and trigger controls simultaneously, posing a laceration hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled RYOBI 40V 24-Inch Cordless Hedge Trimmers and visit https://www.ryobitools.com/recall to determine if their trimmer is included in the recall. The recalled trimmer must be returned to TTI Outdoor Power Equipment (TTIOPE), in order to receive a free replacement trimmer (pre-paid label will be provided). Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required. TTIOPE is contacting all known purchasers.

This recall involves RYOBI 40V 24-Inch Cordless Hedge Trimmers with model numbers RY40620VNM, RY40602VNM and RY40602BTLVNM, and with serial numbers within ranges LT21091D180001 - LT22365D060025 and RG23125N250001 - RG24252D101110. The model and serial numbers are on the data plate located on the bottom of the trimmer.

HTP Brand Boilers Recalled Due to Fire and Carbon Monoxide (CO) Poisoning Hazards and Risk of Serious Injury or Death; Made by NTI Boilers

Hazard: The boiler door can fail to seal properly, due to incorrect burner door studs, allowing flames and gases to escape, posing fire and carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning hazards that can result in death or serious injury.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled boilers and contact HTP to arrange to have a certified technician install the repair at no cost to the consumer. Consumers who must continue using the boiler while awaiting repair should have working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in their homes.

This recall involves HTP-brand ELU Elite Ultra residential wall-mounted gas boilers with model numbers ELU-150WBN and ELU-199WBN. The boilers are black in color and measure about 20 inches wide and 34 inches high. The serial number, model number and product name are located on the rating plate on the left-hand side of the boiler. Apollo America Recalls Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detectors Due to Failure to Alert Consumers to a Fire or Carbon Monoxide Leak; Risk of Serious Injury or Death; Sold Exclusively by Vivint

Hazard: The recalled detectors can malfunction and fail to alert consumers of a fire or carbon monoxide (CO) leak, posing a risk of smoke inhalation, carbon monoxide poisoning or death.

Remedy: Vivint is sending a free replacement detector to all known purchasers. Consumers should continue using the recalled detectors until they install the replacement detector. Consumers should install the replacement detector immediately upon receipt. Detailed instructions on how to remove the recalled detector and install the replacement can be found here: Replacement Guide. Consumers should contact Vivint with questions about whether their detector is included in this recall or the status of their replacement detector. Once the replacement detector is installed, consumers should write "recalled" on the original product, remove the batteries, dispose of the detector in their household garbage, and dispose of the batteries in accordance with local and state regulations. Consumers can review Protect Your Family from Carbon Monoxide Poisoning | CPSC.gov for more information about preventing carbon monoxide poisoning.

This recall involves Apollo America Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors with model number 51000-600. The recalled detector was sold in a white color. The front of the recalled detector has the text "Replace by" followed by a date ranging from 2034/June to 2034/October. "Apollo" and the model number 51000-600 are on the back of the detector. Note: If you choose to dispose of the detector's primary/non-rechargeable lithium battery, do not throw the battery in the trash, or in the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins). Lithium batteries must be disposed of differently than other batteries, because they present a greater risk of fire. Your municipal household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center or battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores may accept this lithium battery for disposal. Before taking your battery to a HHW collection center, contact that office ahead of time and ask whether it accepts lithium batteries. If it does not, contact your municipality for further guidance.

Direct Scaffold Supply Recalls Casters for Baker Scaffolding Due to Fall Hazard

Hazard: The recalled casters can contain faulty spot welds that can cause them to break or fail, making the scaffolding unstable and posing a fall hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled casters and contact the firm for instructions to receive free replacement caster wheels. Contact Direct Scaffold Supply to receive a prepaid shipping label and packaging that can be used to return the recalled caster wheels. Once the casters are returned, new replacement casters will be sent to the consumer's address.

This recall involves five-inch casters for baker scaffolding. The caster wheel allows the baker scaffolding to be moved easily. Model numbers CAS5SS4P+BFL, CAS5SS4P+AHD, MPISUS+BFL, MPISUS, MPISUSD+BFL, MPISUST+BFL, MPISU+BFL, MPISU, MPISU+1, MPISUS+AHD and MPISU+AHD are included in this recall. Consumers with these model numbers will need to check the heat codes stamped on the metal portion of the caster wheel. Heat codes requiring replacement include: E22WM483, C23WM320, E23WM320, K23WM320 and D22WM483. Model numbers are only found on the purchase receipt or packaging.

DR Power Equipment Recalls Battery-Powered Chainsaws Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

Hazard: The motor controller of the recalled chainsaw can overheat during operation of the unit, posing fire and burn hazards.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chainsaws and contact DR Power for a refund. Consumers will receive a pro-rated refund for the chainsaw tool based on the chainsaw's age. Consumers will need to show proof of the chainsaw's destruction by uploading a photograph in accordance with the destruction instructions and filling out the recall form online. For instructions on destroying the chainsaw, visit https://www.drpower.com/BPC-recall. If consumers choose to dispose of the recalled chainsaw's lithium-ion battery, consumers should recycle the lithium-ion batteries in accordance with local and state regulations.

This recall involves DR Power Equipment lithium-ion battery-powered chainsaws with the following model numbers: 414170, 414181, 41418 and 414170R. The chainsaws have a black handle and orange buttons, and a label printed with DR Pulse 62V. The model and serial number are printed on a white label located on the right side of the chainsaw handle. Note: If you choose to dispose of the recalled chainsaw's lithium-ion battery, do not throw this lithium-ion battery in the trash, in the general recycling stream (e.g., street-level or curbside recycling bins), or in used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores. Funlio Convertible High Chairs Recalled Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fall and Entrapment Hazards; Violation of Federal Standards for High Chairs; Sold by Ecogoods

Hazard: The recalled high chairs pose a deadly entrapment hazard because the opening between the seat and tray is large enough that a child can become entrapped in it. In addition, the child restraint system can fail, posing a fall hazard. These are violations of the federal standards for high chairs.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled high chair immediately, disassemble it and contact Ecogoods for information on how to receive a full refund. Consumers will be instructed to cut the restraint straps and email photos of the disassembled and destroyed components to funlioproductrecall@outlook.com. Ecogoods is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves 2-in-1 Funlio Baby High Chairs that convert into a chair and table for children as they grow. The high chairs are made of natural wood with a tray and removable padded seat insert that is green with a forest theme. "Funlio" is printed on the top front of the high chair and on a tracking label underneath the tray. "Model FL-039" is also printed on the tracking label.

Hobby Toy Hammer Ball Sets Recalled Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Choking Hazard; Violation of Federal Regulation for Toys with Small Balls; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com by Shantou Haochengheng Technology

Hazard: The toy sets contain small balls that violate regulations for toys intended for children under three years of age because they are a choking hazard and can cause serious injury or death.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled toys immediately and contact Shantou Haochengheng Technology for information on how to destroy the product and obtain a full refund. Shantou Haochengheng Technology and Amazon are also contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Hobby Toy Hammer Ball sets with model number 711. The model number is printed on the label of the product packaging. The toy set consists of a base with buttons, a detachable door, four small detachable basins, and a standing sign with a monkey. "FOREST ROLLER BALL" is printed on the green base of the toy sets. "ROLLER BALL" is printed on the brown gate and "FISHING" is printed on the side of the hammer on these toys. The hammer ball sets measure 15 x 10.6 x 13.2 inches and come with a hammer and four small colored balls. The balls measure about 1.5 inches in diameter and were sold in yellow, light pink, dark pink and blue.

Johnson Health Tech Trading Recalls BowFlex Adjustable Dumbbells Due to Impact Hazard, Including 3.7 Million Sold by Nautilus Inc.

Hazard: The weight plates can dislodge from the handle during use, posing an impact hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Bowflex adjustable dumbbells and contact Johnson Health Tech Trading for a refund of the purchase price in the form of a voucher, or a replacement for units sold by Johnson Health Tech Trading. For units sold by BowFlex Inc. (formerly Nautilus Inc.), consumers can request a refund in the form of a prorated voucher and a one-year JRNY digital fitness membership. Consumers will be sent a pre-paid shipping label to return the handle and base for each returned dumbbell. Johnson Health Tech Trading is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves the BowFlex branded Model 552, 52.5 LB Adjustable Dumbbells and Model 1090, 90 LB Adjustable Dumbbells. The dumbbells were sold in pairs and single units in the color black and include handles, weight plates and a molded plastic tray. The model 552 dumbbells adjust from 5 to 52.5 pounds and the model 1090 adjusts from 10 to 90 pounds using manual adjustment knobs while the weights are nested in the base. Lutron Recalls Power Interfaces for LED Tape Lights Due to Shock Hazard

Hazard: The power interface can fail during a significant power surge (e.g., lightning strike), posing a shock hazard to consumers if they touch the LED tape lights.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled power interfaces and any connected lighting and turn off the power at the circuit breaker. Consumers should contact Lutron for instructions on how to receive their free replacement power interface and how it will be installed at no charge. Consumers should go to https://residential.lutron.com/us/en/safety/safety-recall to determine if their unit is included in this recall and, if so, to register to receive installation of the replacement power interface. If a unit is included, Lutron will provide the free replacement power interface and a pre-paid mailing label that the consumer can use to return the unit to Lutron.

This recall involves Lutron-branded power interfaces, model LU-PH3-B, intended for use with LED tape lights. The 96W hard-wired power interfaces were distributed alone and as part of Lumaris RGB+ tunable white LED tape light starter kits for RadioRA 3 systems (model RRL-MTK-RT-IN) and HomeWorks systems (model HWL-MTK-RT-IN).

Midea Recalls About 1.7 Million U and U+ Window Air Conditioners Due to Risk of Mold Exposure

Hazard: Pooled water in the air conditioners can fail to drain quickly enough, which can lead to mold growth. Mold exposure poses risks of respiratory issues or other infections to some consumers.

Remedy: Consumers with the recalled air conditioners should immediately contact Midea for a free repair or a full or prorated refund, which will be based on the purchase date or date of manufacture. Consumers who want a refund will be requested to send the unit back to Midea using a free shipping label or submit a photograph showing that they cut the unplugged power cord of the unit to receive a refund. Consumers who continue using the air conditioners while awaiting a repair should visit www.MideaUrecall.expertinquiry.com for instructions on how to inspect their unit prior to continuing use.

This recall involves U and U+ Window Air Conditioners made by Midea and sold in brand names including Midea, Comfort Aire, Danby, Frigidaire, Insignia, Keystone, LBG Products, Mr. Cool, Perfect Aire and Sea Breeze. The air conditioners are designed to fit in windows. They were sold in three sizes of cooling power: 8,000, 10,000 and 12,000 BTU. The air conditioners are white and measure about 22 inches wide and 14 inches high. The brand name is printed on the units. The model number can be found on a label on the front right side of the unit when facing the air conditioner. Portable Hook-On Chairs Recalled Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fall Hazard; Violation of the Federal Standard for Portable Hook-On Chairs; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com by Ravmix

Hazard: The recalled portable hook-on chair poses a deadly fall hazard because the crotch restraint can be removed without the use of a tool and infants can fall through an opening, which is a violation of the federal standard for portable hook-on chairs.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the hook-on chair immediately and contact Ravmix for information on how to receive a refund. Consumers will be instructed on how to disassemble the product, cut the restraint straps and cloth seat, and email photos of the disassembled product and parts to Ravmix. Upon receipt of the photos, Ravmix will issue a full refund. Ravmix is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves portable hook-on chairs used to seat young children at the table. The chairs have a black metal frame covered with black or gray polyester and cotton material and a white plastic tray used for eating. There are two metal arms that anchor to a dining table and the child is suspended from the table. "Children's table chair" and "Model S006" are listed on the owner's manual.

Rinnai America Recalls Boilers Due to Carbon Monoxide (CO) Poisoning Hazard

Hazard: The boiler door can fail to seal properly due to incorrect screws, allowing carbon monoxide (CO) gases to escape, posing a carbon monoxide poisoning hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled boilers and contact Rinnai to arrange to have a certified technician install the repair at no cost to the consumer. Consumers who must continue using the boiler while awaiting repair should have working carbon monoxide alarms on each level of their homes and outside sleeping areas.

This recall involves Rinnai-brand i-Series Plus residential wall-mounted gas boilers with model numbers IP175S, IP199S, IP175199C and IP199199C. The top white label on the side of the boiler states MADE IN JAPAN and has the model numbers followed by a reference code in parenthesis, TYPE OF GAS NATURAL GAS and SERIAL NO. followed by letters and numbers. The boilers are rectangular and metal and have the name Rinnai printed in black near the top and a temperature display/keypad near the bottom of the front of the boiler.

Specialized Bicycle Components Recalls Globe-Branded Haul ST and LT E-Bikes Due to Fall Hazard

Hazard: When the lower portion of the e-bike's telescopic seat post is fully extended, the seat post can break, posing a fall hazard.

Yamaha Expands Recall of Golf Car Vehicles Due to Crash Hazard; Additional Models and New Repair to Replace Accelerator Pedal Spring Assembly

Hazard: The accelerator pedal spring can fail to return to idle when a consumer stops pressing the accelerator pedal, posing a crash hazard.

Remedy: Yamaha is expanding the repair to include a free replacement of the accelerator pedal return spring assembly. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled golf car vehicles (even if they have already had their golf car vehicles repaired as part of prior recalls) and contact an authorized Yamaha Golf Car dealer to schedule a free replacement of the accelerator pedal spring assembly. Consumers who received a repair from a prior recall are being contacted directly by Yamaha with additional information about how to schedule the installation of a replacement accelerator pedal spring assembly. Hazard: The recalled portable bassinets violate the federal safety standard for Infant Sleep Products because the sides are too low to contain the infant and the portable bassinets do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard. These violations create an unsafe sleeping environment for infants.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled portable bassinets and contact DFD Trading for a full refund. ZRWD Infant Swings Recalled Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Suffocation Hazard; Multiple Federal Safety Violations; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com by ZRWD

Hazard: The swings pose a deadly suffocation risk because they were marketed for infant sleep and they have an incline angle greater than 10 degrees, in violation of the CPSC's Infant Sleep Products Standard and Safe Sleep for Babies Act. The swings also fail to meet mandatory warning requirements under the swing standard. In addition, the remote control for the swing contains a lithium coin battery and the products are missing the required warnings and instructions for consumer products containing button cell and coin batteries under Reese's Law. When button cell or coin batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled infant swings and contact ZRWD for a full refund. Consumers should send a photo of the swing cover cut in half and of the swing with "Recalled" written with permanent marker on its base to zrwdrecall@163.comand then dispose of the swing.
