Reyhee Group and Jingling International Recall Droyd Fury Youth All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) Due to Laceration Hazard; Violation of Federal Regulations for ATVs

Hazard: The recalled youth ATVs fail to comply with the requirements of the federal mandatory ATV regulations. The handlebars pose a laceration hazard if the child rider's body or head impacts the handlebars at a high rate of speed. ATVs that fail to meet the mandatory safety requirements pose a risk of serious injury or death.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Droyd ATVs and contact Reyhee Group for a free repair kit, consisting of a replacement handlebar cover and new safety warning labels. Reyhee Group is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves the Droyd Fury Youth ATV, model number "XW-A01", intended for children 6 years and older. The ATVs were sold in three colors: Speed Red, Power Blue and Force Green. The model name "FURY" is printed on the front and sides of the ATV. The model number can be found on the identification plate located under the front left fender, which also states, "This ATV is subject to the Jinling International, Inc. ATV Action Plan filed with and approved by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission."

Recall 25007

Reyhee Group Recalls Droyd Multi-Purpose Helmets Due to Risk of Head Injury; Violation of Federal Regulations for Bicycle Helmets

Hazard: The recalled helmets do not comply with the positional stability, retention system, impact, labeling and certification requirements of the mandatory federal safety regulations for bicycle helmets. The helmets can fail to protect the wearer in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled Droyd helmets immediately and contact Reyhee for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers must cut the straps off the helmet and submit two photos: one photo of both straps cut off and one photo of the helmet and cut straps inside of a trash can. Send both photos along with name and address to Reyhee Group at support@droyd.com. Reyhee Group is contacting all purchasers directly.

This recall involves Droyd multi-purpose helmets for youths. The recalled helmets were sold in sizes medium (M) and large (L). The helmets are black, with black padding, black straps, and a black buckle. "DROYD" is printed on the back of the helmet. Model and serial number are located on the serial number label inside the helmet (e.g. "DHM000001" or "DHL000001").

John Deere Recalls Compact Utility Tractors Due to Crash Hazard

Hazard: The front bell crank in the brake linkage can fail causing the tractor to lose braking, resulting in a crash hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tractors and contact an authorized John Deere dealer to schedule an appointment to bring the tractor into the dealer for a free repair. If the consumer is not able to transport the tractor to a dealer's location, then the dealer will make arrangements to repair the unit at the consumer's residence. John Deere is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves 1023E, 1025R and 2025R Compact Utility Tractors with the model number and "John Deere" printed on the hood. The recalled tractors are green and yellow, and were sold with both opened and closed operator stations. The serial numbers of tractors included in this recall can be found at www.deere.com. The serial number is located on the frame, on the front right side of the tractor, near the engine.

Liberty Hardware Recalls Multi-Grip Tub Safety Bars Due to Fall Hazard

Hazard: The plastic sticker grip pads can become dislodged after installation on tubs with tapered side walls, making the recalled Multi-Grip Tub Safety Bars unstable during use, posing a fall hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Multi-Grip Tub Safety Bars and contact Liberty Hardware. Consumers can request to receive a pre-paid label and free packaging to return the Multi-Grip Tub Safety Bars for a $35 refund.

The recall involves Multi-Grip Tub Safety Bars sold under the brands Peerless, model PL585; Safety First, models SF585 and S1F585; and Delta, model DF585. The recalled Multi-Grip Tub Safety Bars are powder-coated aluminum, were sold in the color white, and feature a one-inch diameter tube with two gripping surfaces at about 8 inches and 15 inches. The model number and brand name are listed on a label on the product's packaging.

Caframo Cabinet Heaters Recalled Due to Electrocution Hazard; Manufactured by Caframo Limited

Hazard: The crimp holding a wire in place in the cabinet heater is not properly finished and can result in the wire detaching, posing an electrocution hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cabinet heaters, unplug the unit, and contact Caframo Limited for instructions on how to receive a free repair or replacement unit. Caframo will provide a pre-paid shipping label for consumers to return the product to Caframo for repair. If the product cannot be repaired, Caframo will mail the consumer a replacement. Caframo is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves model 9421 Cabinet Heaters, primarily intended for keeping cabinets and parking ticket dispensers warm. The cabinet heater has a black painted steel enclosure and measures 5-3/4 inches wide by 9 inches long by 3-1/3 inches high. A serial plate, an on/off switch, and a label with "Model 9421" are located on the top of the heater, near the power cord.

Ceither Adult Portable Bed Rails Recalled Due to Serious Entrapment and Asphyxia Hazards; Violation of Federal Regulations for Adult Portable Bed Rails; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com by Inforce

Hazard: The recalled bed rails violate federal regulations for adult portable bed rails, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled adult portable bed rails. To receive a refund, consumers should send a photo of the disposed bed rail, along with a statement that they bought the product on or after August 21, 2023 or an Amazon purchase receipt, to the recalling firm by email at xchan524@outlook.com. The company will only provide refunds for bed rails purchased on or after August 21, 2023.

This recall involves Ceither branded Adult Portable Bed Rails (ASIN: B09YRHCZY5) sold for use on adult beds. The bed support railing is made of black metal and black foam, and measures about 12-1/2 inches wide with an adjustable height between about 30 to 42 inches. Only adult portable bed rails purchased on or after August 21, 2023 are affected by this recall.

Children's Jewelry Sets Recalled Due to Risk of Lead and Cadmium Poisoning; Violations of the Federal Lead Content Ban and Federal Hazardous Substances Act; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com by Newmemo

Hazard: The rings contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban and levels of cadmium that are prohibited in children's products by the Federal Hazardous Substances Act. Lead and cadmium are toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled rings, take them away from children and contact Newmemo for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to dispose of the recalled jewelry and send a photo of the disposed product to cly2167@163.com. Newmemo and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Newmemo's children's ring sets. The recalled sets were sold in a pack of 36 rings in multiple designs, packaged inside a pink heart-shaped display case. "Newmemo" and "Amazon FNSKU X0034COQMP" are written on a white label attached to the underside of the case.

CVB Recalls LUCID Platform Beds with Upholstered Square Tufted Headboards Due to Fall and Injury Hazards

Hazard: The recalled beds can sag, break, or collapse during use, posing fall and injury hazards to consumers.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled beds and contact Lucid for a free replacement bed frame. Consumers must write "recalled" on the support rails of the bed with a permanent marker and send a photo of the bed, as well as a photo of the support rails on the underside of the bed or a photo of the law label, to recall@lucidmattress.com to receive the free replacement product.

This recall involves Lucid Platform Beds with an upholstered square tufted headboard in Twin, Full, Queen, King and Cal-King sizes. They were sold in beige, black, charcoal, cobalt, pearl, and stone colors. The recalled beds have wooden support beams and wooden support legs and a white federal law label with "Made For: CVB INC, 1525 W 2960 S, LOGAN, UT 84321" printed on it. The federal law label is located on the backside of the headboard.

Jo-Ann Stores Recalls Place & Time Battery-Operated Desk Lamps Due to Fire Hazard

Hazard: The desk lamp's battery compartment can overheat while using the USB charging cord, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled desk lamps and return them to Jo-Ann Stores for a full refund. Consumers without a purchase receipt will receive a $23 store credit. Consumers who are unable to return the lamp to a store can email a photo of the purchase receipt to customer.service@joann.com with the subject "Desk Lamp Recall Refund" to receive an electronic gift card for the amount on the purchase receipt, or a $23 store credit if the consumer does not have the receipt and provides a photo of the lamp.

This recall involves Place & Time® battery-operated desk lamps with a USB cord. The lamp was sold in three colors: green with the model number 4843351B, pink with the model number 4843351A, and cream with the model number 4843351D. The model number can be found on the label on the bottom of the lamp. The lamp is about 12 inches high when the neck is fully extended and about 4 inches wide at the base.

Polaris Industries Recalls Ranger XD 1500 Recreational Off-Road Vehicles (ROVs) with Winches Due to Fire Hazard

Hazard: The winch wiring can overheat while in use, posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury to the rider or passenger.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the winch in the recalled ROVs and contact an authorized Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair to confirm a proper winch ground connection at the dealer's location. Polaris is contacting registered owners directly.

This recall involves certain VINs of Polaris Model Year 2024 RANGER XD 1500 and RANGER CREW XD 1500 ROVs. The recalled ROVs were sold in camouflage, red and silver colors. The vehicles were sold in three and six-seat configurations and have "POLARIS" stamped on the front grille. The VIN is printed on a portion of the left rear frame (on the driver's side of the vehicle) under the cargo box. In addition, this recall involves 4,500 and 6,000 lb. winches purchased as an accessory (part numbers 2889275 or 2889276).

Polaris Recalls Sportsman All-Terrain Vehicles Due to Fire Hazard

Hazard: The ATV can leak fuel at the fuel pump flange outlet, posing a fire hazard and risk of serious injury to the rider or passenger.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ATVs and contact an authorized Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair to replace the fuel pump at the dealer's location. Polaris is contacting registered owners directly.

This recall involves certain VINs of Polaris Model Year 2023-2024 Sportsman 850, XP 1000, and XP 1000 S ATVs. The recalled ATVs were sold in black, blue, camouflage, crimson, gray, green, red, silver and tan. "POLARIS" is stamped on the front side grille and "POLARIS" and "Sportsman" are printed on the sides of the vehicle. The model name is also printed on the side of the chassis. The VIN is located on the ATV's left rear frame. In addition, this recall involves fuel pump kits (part numbers 2208595 and 2208596) and fuel tank assemblies (part numbers 2522378 and 2522379) sold as service parts.

Hazard: The recalled Baby Tummy Time Gallery art card pockets have clear plastic coverings that contain levels of a phthalate that exceeds the federal phthalates ban. Phthalates are toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Baby Tummy Time Gallery and contact Wee Gallery for information on how dispose of the product and to obtain a refund of $39.95. Wee Gallery and Amazon.com are contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves the Baby Tummy Time Gallery. The Tummy Time Gallery is a trifold panel made of black and white fabric and has clear plastic pockets that can hold art cards. The Tummy Time Gallery was also sold separately, or as a bundle with the art cards. The Tummy Time Gallery is labeled with a hang tag that states "wee gallery," "tummy time gallery," and "wildlife" with additional text.

About 866,000 AirJet and HydroJet Spa Pumps Recalled Due to Fire Hazard; One Death Reported; Manufactured by Bestway and Sold with SaluSpa, Coleman, and Hydro-Force Spa Liners

Hazard: The recalled AirJet and HydroJet spa pumps can overheat causing the plastic housing to ignite, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled spa pumps, and contact Bestway to receive a free replacement spa pump or a refund of $100 for AirJet spa pumps, or $189 for HydroJet spa pumps.

The spa pumps could have been sold separately, or in a package with an inflatable spa liner in different colors, styles, and inflatable spa sizes. The inflatable spa liners packaged with the pumps are sold under the brand names SaluSpa, Coleman, and Hydro-Force, which are printed on the side of the liner. This recall only includes AirJet and HydroJet Spa Pump model numbers P05332, P05339, P05711, P05807, P07000, P07001, P05511, P07034, and P07572. "Bestway" and the model number are printed on the label on the side or back of the spa pump.

Glen Dimplex Americas Recalls Cadet Apex72 Electric Heaters Due to Fire Hazard

Hazard: The fan can malfunction and fail to turn on causing the unit to overheat and ignite internally, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled heaters and contact Glen Dimplex for information on the free heater replacement and installation of the new heater at no cost to the consumer. Glen Dimplex Americas is working with apartment complexes and other living facilities directly to replace the recalled heaters and install replacements. For consumers who purchased and installed the recalled heater independently, Glen Dimplex Americas will provide for the installation of the replacement heater by a qualified technician at no cost to the consumer.

This recall involves Glen Dimplex Americas' Cadet-branded Apex72 high wall electric heaters between 1200 and 1600 Watts. The fan-forced heaters have a white dust cover and are installed into walls a minimum of six feet off the ground. "Cadet," the model number, and the manufacturing date in DD-MM-YY format appear on the rating label visible through the bottom of the air outlet grill. GOETAS Pool Drain Covers Recalled Due to Entrapment Hazard; Violation of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com by GOETAS

Hazard: The recalled drain covers do not conform to the entrapment protection regulations of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGBA), posing an entrapment hazard to swimmers and bathers.

Remedy: Pool owners/operators and consumers should immediately stop using pools with the recalled pool drain cover; and remove, replace and dispose of the recalled drain covers. Take a photo of the recalled cover and send it to the recalling firm by email at Atlaspool@163.com to receive a full refund. Ensure all pools and spas have Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act (VGBA) compliant drain covers and teach children to stay away from drains. Amazon is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves GOETAS-branded drain covers that are sold for use in swimming pools. The white, plastic, main pool drain covers measure about 7 inches high and have top grates that measure about 9 inches in diameter.

Intellio Toys Recalls Bright Builder Fort Kits Due to Battery Ingestion Hazard; Violation of Federal Regulations for Battery-Operated Toys

Hazard: The flashlight on the recalled kits violates the mandatory federal battery-operated toy regulation because the flashlights contain button cell batteries in a compartment that can be easily opened without requiring the use of a common household tool. When button cell batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns, and death, posing an ingestion hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the flashlights in the recalled fort kits, keep them away from children, and contact Intellio Toys for instructions on how to receive a refund between $10 and $15, depending on the model. Consumers can continue to use the fort kits without the flashlights. Button cell batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local procedures for hazardous household waste. Amazon and Intellio Toys are contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Intellio Toys' Bright Builder fort kits, models FKL-BG, FKL-BR, L-5BG and L-5BR. The green and blue, or red and blue, 100-piece fort-building kits contain 45 long sticks, 25 short sticks, 15 connecting tubes, 25 multilink balls, and a pack of five flashlights with button cell batteries. The flashlights were sold as part of the kit and individually as an add add-on component. "Bright Builder" is on the front of the kit box and "Intellio Toys" is on the side panel. The model number can be found on the bottom right corner of the back of the box. Only Bright Builder fort kits with flashlights are included in this recall.

MJKSARE High Chairs Recalled Due to Entrapment and Fall Hazards; Violation of Federal Regulation for High Chairs; Imported by Worldwide Windows; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com

Hazard: The recalled high chairs violate the regulations for high chairs, as the leg openings on the high chair are too wide, posing an entrapment hazard to infants. Additionally, the high chairs pose a fall hazard because the tray can become disengaged from the product.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the high chair, and contact TONGAO for instructions on how to dispose of the chair and receive a full refund. Amazon is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves MJKSARE high chairs, model H-601. The high chairs fold open and closed and are covered in green padding. The front tray is green with a small cup holder. There is a tag on the bottom of the seat padding of the high chair with the date of manufacture in the format of "MM/YYYY." All production dates are included in the recall.

Petzl America Recalls GYM, PANDION and PANJI Climbing Harnesses Due to Fall Hazard

Hazard: The recalled harness can be put on backwards and the rope or carabiner can be attached to a non-weight-bearing leg loop elastic band, placing the user at risk of falling from height and sustaining serious injury, including paraplegia or death.

Remedy: Consumers and operators of climbing gyms, adventure parks, search and rescue operations, and adventure guide companies should immediately stop using the recalled harnesses and contact Petzl America for a free repair.

This recall involves three Petzl climbing harnesses: the GYM harness (Model No. C032AA00), the PANDION harness (Model Nos. C029AA00 and C029AA01), and the PANJI harness (Model No. C028AA00). The recalled harnesses were used by operators of climbing gyms, adventure parks, guide companies, and consumers. Serial numbers are printed on a label inside the harnesses. Red Toolbox Recalls Stanley-Branded Jr. Kids Garden Sets Due to Lead Poisoning Hazard; Violation of Federal Ban for Lead in Paint; Sold Exclusively by Costco Wholesale

Hazard: The painted long hoe and rake of the recalled garden set contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban, posing a lead poisoning hazard to children. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the long hoe and rake in the garden set immediately. Visit Red Toolbox's recall website, https://www.recall-rtb.com/, for information on how to obtain a free replacement long hoe and rake. The consumer will need to fill out a form and upload photos of disposing these items and the white label on the bottom of the wheelbarrow showing the 12.2023 manufacturing date. Costco is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves the long hoe and rake in the Stanley Jr. Kids Wheelbarrow and 7-piece Garden Set, model number 1662178. The Stanley Jr. Kids Wheelbarrow and 7-piece Garden Set includes a wheelbarrow, apron, gloves, rake, hoe and hand tools. The wheelbarrow has a white label on the bottom that states "Red Toolbox" and the manufacturing date of 12.2023. The recalled long hoe and rake have a yellow-painted long wooden handle with the words "Stanley Jr." painted in black. The hoe and rake are black-painted metal. Only the long hoe and rake in the set are included in this recall.

Delta Cycle Recalls Ceiling Hoists with Straps Due to Injury Hazard

Hazard: The plastic buckles on the straps being used to hold a kayak, canoe or other large objects with the ceiling hoist can break, posing an injury hazard to consumers.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the Ceiling Hoist with Straps and contact Delta Cycle Corp to receive free replacement straps. Consumers should cut the old straps with buckles in half and discard them. If consumers are using the ceiling hoist to hold a bicycle (and not using included straps), no recall action is needed.

This recall involves Ceiling Hoists with Straps with model number RS2300. The model number is only listed on the product packaging. The product can lift bicycles, kayaks, ladders, boxes and other large objects off the floor using a pulley system. Note that no recall action is required if the ceiling hoists are used without the use of straps. Fisher-Price Recalls Dumbbell Toy in Baby Biceps Gift Sets Due to Choking Hazard

Hazard: The gray caps on the end of the dumbbell toy can come off, posing a choking hazard to infants.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dumbbell toy, take it away from young children, and contact Fisher-Price to receive a refund. Visit www.service.mattel.com/us/recall.aspx for instructions on how to upload a photograph of the dumbbell toy and how to properly dispose of it. Once the consumer provides confirmation that the dumbbell toy will be disposed of as directed, the consumer will be paid $10 for the dumbbell toy only. Consumers can keep the remaining toys in the Baby Biceps Gift Set. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required to receive a refund for the dumbbell.

This recall involves the plastic dumbbell toy sold with the Fisher-Price Baby Biceps Gift Set. The bar of the dumbbell toy is gray with orange and red plastic weights on each side. The model number GJD49 is located on the back of the kettlebell toy in the gift set.

Hazard: The recalled Glow in Dark Supplies Toy Sets violate the mandatory federal battery-operated toy regulation because the Bunny Ears Headbands found in the sets contain button cell batteries that can be easily accessed without requiring the use of a common household tool. When button cell batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death, posing an ingestion hazard to children.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Bunny Ears Headbands found in Glow in Dark Party Supplies Toy Sets and take them away from children. Consumers should cut the battery compartment off the Bunny Ears Headbands and contact OleOleToy for instructions on how to receive a full refund. Button cell batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local procedures for hazardous household waste. Amazon is notifying all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Glow in Dark Party Supplies Toy Sets with button cell batteries. The toy sets include 250 glow sticks, 12 foam glow sticks, 12 LED glasses and 12 bunny ear headbands, and come in various colors.

Siemens Industry Recalls SolarReady™ Meter Combos Due to Fire Hazard

Hazard: An interior connection in the recalled Siemens SolarReady Meter Combos can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy: Contact Siemens to determine if your SolarReady Meter Combo is included in this recall. Siemens will arrange for an on-site inspection, and repair or replacement of recalled meter combos by a licensed contractor at no cost to the consumer. Siemens is contacting distributors directly.

This recall involves SolarReady Meter Combos with catalog numbers MC2442S1200SC and MC2442S1200FC, manufactured from August 2021 through August 2022. The catalog number and date stamp are located on a label on the inside of the front panel of the solar meter. This product serves as the connection point between the utility power supply, a rooftop solar system, and the main electrical panel serving a home. Depending on the installation, the panel within this product could contain the branch breaker circuits (breaker box) for the entire home or part of the home. This panel also contains the main breaker service disconnect for the whole home's power.

Hazard: The auto belay device backup brake can fail to activate, posing a fall hazard and risk of serious injury or death.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled auto belay devices and contact Head Rush Technologies for a free inspection and repair. Head Rush Technologies is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Head Rush Technologies TRUBLUE Speed Auto Belay Devices, 12.5m and 16m versions. The device enables climbers to safely descend after a speed climbing event. The device is gray with blue handles, the 12.5m version has black webbing handgrip above the carabiner, and the 16m version has blue webbing handgrip. The model TRUBLUE Speed TBSD150-20 and serial number are on a label located on the handle. The auto belay devices have a serial number within the serial number range: TBSD00098 through TBSD01180.
