ChrisDowa Roller Window Shades Recalled Due to Strangulation and Entanglement Hazards; Violation of Federal Regulations for Window Coverings; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com by Shaoxingkeqiao Nenghaozhenfang

Hazard: The recalled roller shades have long operating cords that pose strangulation and entanglement hazards to children, in violation of the federal regulations for window coverings. The shades also violate labeling requirements for window coverings.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately put the window blind's cords up and away from children and contact Shaoxingkeqiao Nenghaozhenfang to receive a free operating cord wand. Consumers must send a photo of the recalled product with the cord cut to recallchrisdowa@163.com. Once the firm receives the photo, consumers will receive a repair kit with installation instructions via Amazon or FedEx. The firm is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves ChrisDowa Roller Window Shades sold exclusively on Amazon.com. The roller blinds were sold in multiple colors, with sizes ranging from a width of 20-27 inches and height of 72 inches. ChrisDowa is printed on the label sticker on the headrail.

Duluth Trading Company Recalls Children's Holiday Pajama Sets Due to Burn Hazard; Violation of Federal Flammability Regulations for Children's Sleepwear; Sold Exclusively by Duluth Trading Company

Hazard: The recalled children's pajamas violate the flammability regulations for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children, stop using them, and contact Duluth Trading for a full refund of the full price in the original form of payment or as store credit. Consumers will be asked to destroy the garments by cutting the top and bottom in half and disposing of them. Consumers must send a photo of the destroyed garment to ProductRecallK0040@duluthtrading.com. Duluth Trading is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Duluth Trading's two-piece children's holiday pajama sets, sold in four styles: holiday birch truck, classic red, Christmas beaver and mountain green. The 100% cotton long-sleeved pajamas top and bottom are red, white and green. The pajama sets were sold in children's sizes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. "Duluth Trading Company" and "Made in Cambodia" are printed on the neck label, and "K0040, 3237-92" and "HBT," "CRE," "CBV" or "MNG" on the side-seam label.

GiantMouse Recalls GM12 and GMP12 Folding Knives Due to Laceration Hazard

Hazard: The locking mechanism on the folding knives can fail, posing a laceration hazard to the user.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled knives and contact GiantMouse for a full refund or for a free repair, including shipping, after the original knife has been returned to the firm. Consumers will not be asked for proof of purchase and will receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the recalled knife. GiantMouse is contacting all known purchasers.

This recall involves the limited collection of GiantMouse GM12 and GMP12 button-lock folding knives with milled scales of titanium or bronze. Each knife is numbered on the inside of the back spacer. The brand logo and country of origin are etched on the inside of one of the knife handle scales.

NQDTPBOR Helmets Recalled Due to Risk of Head Injury; Violation of Federal Regulations for Bicycle Helmets; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com by TPBOR

Hazard: The helmets do not comply with the positional stability, impact, labeling and certification requirements of the mandatory federal safety regulation for bicycle helmets. The helmets can fail to protect the wearer in the event of a crash, posing a risk of head injury.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled helmets immediately and contact TPBOR for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting the straps, then take a photo, and send the photo to the recalling firm by email at nqdtpbor@outlook.com. After submitting proof of destruction, consumers should dispose of the recalled helmet. TPBOR and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves NQDTPBOR-branded multi-purpose helmets for teens. The recalled helmets were sold in sizes small (S), fitting a head circumference of about 18 to 20.5 inches, and medium (M), fitting a head circumference of about 20.5 to 22 inches. The helmets are sold in colors blue, pink, purple, green, and black, with black padding, black straps, and a black and red buckle. "NQDTPBOR" is printed on the side of the helmet.

SHEIN Distribution Corporation Recalls Teckwe Hair Dryer Brushes Due to Electrocution or Shock Hazard

Hazard: The handheld hair dryer brushes lack an immersion protection device, posing an electrocution or shock hazard to consumers if the hair dryer brushes fall into water when plugged in. The CPSC has determined that hair dryers not equipped with the integral immersion protection present a substantial product hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately unplug and stop using the recalled hair dryers and contact SHEIN to receive a full refund. Consumers should destroy the recalled hair dryers by unplugging the hair dryer, cutting the cord and disposing of them in accordance with local and state recycling laws, and send an image of the destroyed hair dryer to Shein at uscsteam@shein.com. Upon receipt of the photo, SHEIN will issue the customer a full refund. Shein is directly contacting all purchasers.

This recall involves Teckwe multifunctional hair dryer brushes. The hair dryer brushes are gray and purple and the brand name "Teckwe" is printed on the handle. The hair dryer brushes have five interchangeable heads to be used for straightening and styling, and measure about 11 inches in length.

HallyBee Farmhouse Dressers Recalled Due Tip-Over and Entrapment Hazards; Violation of Federal Regulation for Clothing Storage Units; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com by YKHallyBee

Hazard: The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children. The dressers do not comply with the performance requirements of the STURDY Act.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled HallyBee Farmhouse 5-Drawer Dressers, if they are not properly anchored to wall, and place them in an area that children cannot access. With a permanent marker, write the word "recalled" on the top and all sides of the dresser. This recall involves HallyBee Farmhouse 5-Drawer Dressers. The dressers were sold in two colors: light and dark rustic oak. They measure about 31 inches wide by 16 inches long by 48 inches tall.

This recall involves Ivy City Mini Bella Bunny Pajamas with and without Feathers, Mini Camille Pajamas with and without Feathers, and Mini Petra Short Sleeve Nightgown in green and Long Sleeve Nightgown in purple. They were sold in children's sizes 12-18M, 2T, 3T, 4-5, 6-7, 8Y, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14. The size and "Ivy City" are printed on the neck label. The side seam label has the fiber content, washing instructions and "Made in China". The Ivy City Mini Bella Bunny Pajamas are 100% Polyester, the Mini Camille Pajamas are 100% cotton, and Mini Petra Nightgowns are 62% cotton, 33% Polyester, 4% nylon, and 1% spandex.

Lexmark International Recalls Specialty Printers Due to Fire Hazard

Hazard: A metal part inside the printer can dislodge, posing a risk of fire.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled printers and contact Lexmark to receive a free repair part. The repair part snaps into the unit inside the rear access panel.

This recall involves Lexmark specialty printers, models MS725dvn and MX725adve, used to print on paper, vinyl signs, banners and other plastics. The model numbers are located on the top cover and door of the printers. Model MX725dvn has a large multifunction sorter on the top of the printer. The printers have a white front and black top and sides. The front of the printers is marked with "Lexmark" in black and the green Lexmark logo.

Northern Tool + Equipment Recalls Adjustable Swivel Shop Stools with Backrests Due to Fall Hazard

Hazard: The welded connection point between the seat base and the stool post can break, presenting a fall hazard.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled stools and contact Northern Tool + Equipment to receive a free replacement stool by completing the form at https://www.northerntool.com/recall-details-20230. The stool should be disposed of in accordance with any local and state laws.

This recall involves Northern Tool + Equipment Adjustable Swivel Shop Stools with Backrests. The "NT" logo is on the seat of the recalled shop stool. "Model No. 20230" and "Intradin Co., Ltd." are printed on separate labels located underneath the stool's seat. Only stools manufactured by Intradin Co. Ltd. are included in this recall.

Polaris Industries Recalls Model Year 2024-2025 Ranger XD 1500 and Crew XD 1500 Recreational Off-Road Vehicles (ROVs) Due to Injury and Crash Hazards

Hazard: The door handle can stick and cause the door to unexpectedly open while the vehicle is moving and cause an unrestrained rider to be ejected from the vehicle or increase the risk of a crash, posing serious injury and crash hazards.

Remedy: Polaris is contacting registered owners directly and providing instructions on how to inspect their door handles to verify that the doors are properly closed. This will allow some consumers to continue to safely operate their vehicles until the repair can be completed.

This recall involves certain VINs of Polaris Model Year 2024-2025 RANGER XD 1500 and RANGER CREW XD 1500 ROVs. The recalled ROVs were sold in camouflage, red, silver and titanium colors. The vehicles were sold in three- and six-seat configurations and have "POLARIS" stamped on the front grille. The VIN is printed on a portion of the left rear frame (on the driver's side of the vehicle) under the cargo box. In addition, this recall involves doors purchased as an accessory with part numbers 2212292, 2212291, 2638498, 2638499, 2638500, 2638501, 2889075 or 2889076. All accessory doors purchased for Polaris Model Year 2024-2025 RANGER XD 1500 and RANGER CREW XD 1500 ROVs prior to November 11, 2024 are affected by this recall.

Three61 Recalls Samurai Mini Smoke Alarms Due to Failure to Alert Consumers to a Fire; Sold Exclusively by HSN

Hazard: The smoke alarms can malfunction and fail to alert consumers of a fire, posing a risk of smoke inhalation or death. Smoke sensitivity tests performed on the alarms by CPSC found that one of the detectors that was tested failed to alert when exposed to pre-determined concentrations of smoke.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately contact Three61 for a free replacement alarm, including shipping. To register, consumers must write "Recalled" with a permanent marker on the smoke alarm and submit a photo of the marked product to the recall website at www.samuraibrands.com/recall. Once registered, the firm will immediately ship the replacement alarm. Consumers should keep the recalled smoke alarms installed until receiving the replacement alarm. Consumers should install the replacement alarms immediately upon receiving them. Three61 is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Samurai-branded mini smoke alarms, model number SM1. The white and silver plastic smoke alarms measure about 2.5 by 2.5 by 2.5 inches. They were sold in packs of two or three alarms and came with lithium-ion batteries, adhesive stickers, screws, mounting plates and an instruction manual. "Smoke" appears on the front of the alarm below a button and "installed on" on the back. The model number is located on the product packaging.

Veyer Recalls WorkPro Office Chairs Due to Fall Hazard

Hazard: The bolts that connect the back of the chair to its base can fail, posing a fall hazard to users.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled chair until repaired, and contact Veyer to receive a free repair kit, including shipping, and installation instructions. The repair kit consists of a back bracket, three bolts, an Allen wrench and a decorative cover. Veyer is contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves WorkPro Momentum office chairs. The recalled ergonomic chairs were sold in black (model number 8517865) or gray (model number 2864384) and have a metal frame, cushioned seat, five coaster wheels and a high back that shifts side-to-side. The model number is located underneath the seat cushion.

Vornado Air Recalls VH2 Whole Room Heaters Due to Electric Shock and Fire Hazards; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com

Hazard: The power cord can partially detach from the heater enclosure, which can lead to cord damage over time, posing electric shock and fire hazards.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled heaters and contact Vornado to confirm that their product is part of the recall and receive instructions on how to receive a free replacement heater.

The recall involves Vornado VH2 Whole Room Heaters with a "JUL24" or "AUG24" date code and "TYPE VH2" printed on the silver rating label on the underside of the heater. The heaters are off white and have thermostatic temperature control, automatic or continuous fan operation and two heat settings. "Vornado" with a red "V" behind it is printed on the front of the unit. Only units with a "JUL24" or "AUG24" date code are included in this recall.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled helmets and contact Wemfg for a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers should destroy the helmet by cutting off the straps, take a photo of the detached straps, and send it with their Amazon order number to the recalling firm by email at 961837339@qq.com. After submitting proof of destruction, consumers should dispose of the recalled helmet. Wemfg and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Wemfg's children's multi-purpose bike helmets. The helmets were sold in size small (S), fitting a head circumference of about 19-1/2 to 21-1/4 inches; and in the following multiple color combinations: blue/pink, green/blue, green/blue/purple, pink/blue/green, pink/purple/pink, pink/yellow/green, purple/pink/blue and purple/pink/yellow. All helmets have black padding, black straps and a black and red buckle. The helmets have a black and red plastic knob at the back of the helmet for adjusting the fitting. The model "MD-710-S" is printed on a white label on the inside of the helmet.

SIG SAUER Recalls ROMEO5 Red Dot Firearm Sights Due to Ingestion Hazard; Violations of Reese's Law Federal Safety Regulations for Consumer Products with Button Cell Batteries and Child Resistant Button Cell Battery Packaging

Hazard: The recalled firearm sights contain a button cell battery that violates the mandatory federal regulations for consumer products containing button cell batteries because the button cell batteries can be easily accessed, posing an ingestion hazard. The products include a button cell battery which is not in child-resistant packaging as required by Reese's Law. In addition, the products do not bear the required warnings. When button cell batteries are swallowed, the ingested batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death, posing an ingestion hazard to children.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled firearm sights and contact SIG SAUER for instructions on how to submit a picture of the serial number to receive a free recall kit, which includes a new cap with the required labeling and an updated instruction manual. Consumers will be provided with instructions on how to locate the serial number. Note: Button cell batteries are hazardous. Batteries should be disposed of or recycled by following local hazardous waste procedures.

This recall involves SIG SAUER ROMEO5 Red Dot Sights, Models SOR52001 and 7400579, which is a part included with Model SORJ53101. They are labeled with the SIG SAUER logo and ROMEO5 name on one side of the product. The model number can be found on the product packaging. The recalled dot sights contain either the letter K or M as the last digit of the serial number printed on the bottom of the sight. Sig Sauer will provide instructions on how to access the serial number. The optic sights come in the color black and with one packaged CR2032 button cell battery.

Euqee Wintergreen Essential Oils Recalled Due to Risk of Poisoning; Violation of the Poison Prevention Packaging Act; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com by DLWL-US

Hazard: The essential oil contains methyl salicylate, which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging for the products is not child-resistant, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately secure the recalled essential oil out of the sight and reach of children and contact DLWL-US for a full refund. Consumers can request a pre-paid label and free packaging to return the Euqee Wintergreen Essential Oil. DLWL-US and Amazon.com are contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves Euqee Wintergreen Essential Oil Bottles. The oil was sold in amber glass bottles with a black screw-on cap in the size of 118 ml. "Euqee, Essential Oil, Premium Grade, 100% Pure Plant Extract and Wintergreen" is printed on a white label on the front of the bottle. The back label contains safety disclosures, storage instructions and manufacturer information.

Kawasaki Motors USA Recalls John Deere ZTrak Zero Turn Mowers with Kawasaki Engines Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

Hazard: The voltage regulator in the mower's engine can fail during use or while the product is being stored, causing the engine to overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mowers and contact an authorized John Deere dealer for a free repair. Kawasaki and John Deere are contacting all known purchasers directly.

Yaomiao Children's Jewelry Sets Recalled Due to Risk of Lead and Cadmium Poisoning; Violations of the Federal Lead Content Ban and Federal Hazardous Substances Act; Sold Exclusively on Amazon by LordRoads

Hazard: The recalled jewelry sets contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban and levels of cadmium that are prohibited in children's products by the Federal Hazardous Substances Act. Lead and cadmium are toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled jewelry sets, take them away from children and contact LordRoads for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to dispose of the recalled jewelry sets and send a photo of the disposed sets to simlordroadple@163.com. LordRoads and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves three Yaomiao-branded children's jewelry sets. The sets have between three and 12 pieces of jewelry each. The jewelry is silver colored with multicolored gems shaped as a unicorn, a butterfly, a heart, a turtle, a star, or a rainbow with a cloud. Each set comes packaged individually in small plastic bags inside a lavender box with "A Special Gift for the Charming You" printed on it. "Yaomiao" appears on the box's plastic wrap.

BCI Burke Recalls Playground Merry-Go-Rounds Due to Crush Hazard

Hazard: The space between the rotating platform and the stationary outer rim can leave a gap that narrows too much, posing a crushing hazard to children.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled merry-go-rounds and contact the owner of the equipment, such as park director or school principal, to determine if equipment has been inspected and repaired. Contact BCI Burke to schedule an inspection and free onsite repair.

This recall involves the Inclusive Orbit, a spinning play component, similar to a merry-go-round, for playgrounds. The product has three handrails and a seat, and it is designed for a capacity of six children. The platform surface is flush with the ground surrounding it. Recalled model numbers include 560-0042 or 560-0051. Owners of the equipment can contact BCI Burke to determine which unit they have.

Black Diamond Equipment Recalls PIEPS Pro IPS Avalanche Transceivers Due to Risk of Loss of Emergency Communications

Hazard: The battery compartment within the avalanche transceiver could not have enough contact force to supply power. In some cases, the transceiver will fail to power on or cease operating during use. It would make it impossible to locate a victim in an avalanche emergency situation, which could result in serious injury or death.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the avalanche transceivers and contact Black Diamond for a full refund or free repair, including shipping. Consumers will not be asked for proof of purchase and will receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the recalled transceivers. Black Diamond is contacting all known purchasers.

This recall involves all Black Diamond Equipment PIEPS Pro IPS Avalanche Transceivers. The transceivers are black plastic with an LCD screen below a yellow mark button. They measure about 5 inches long by 3 inches wide. PIEPS appears in yellow lettering and PRO IPS in white lettering on the front of the unit. The first four numbers in the transceivers' serial number range from 2326 through 2445 for recalled units and can be found on the label on the inside of the battery compartment door.

Hazard: The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children. The dressers violate performance and warning label requirements of the STURDY Act.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dressers, if they are not properly anchored to a wall, and place them in an area that children cannot access. Contact ONME Direct for instructions to receive a full refund and submit a photo of the consumer disposing of the product. ONME Direct and Walmart are contacting all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves GIKPAL 12-drawer dressers with model numbers HI1437_13, HI1437_14 or HI1437_02. The dressers were sold in rustic brown, black or white wood finish with black frame, fabric drawers, and black handles. They measure about 31 inches wide by 12 inches long by 48 inches tall, and weigh about 35 lbs. The model number, "Fabric Dresser" and "Made in China" are printed on the product packaging.

Precor Recalls Resolute™ Cable Multi-Station Exercise Equipment Due to Impact Injury Hazard

Hazard: The pop-pin can fail to fully engage in the exercise equipment's vertical rail and cause the pulley carriage to drop unexpectedly during use, posing an impact injury hazard to users.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled exercise equipment. Precor is directly contacting all known gyms with the recalled exercise equipment to coordinate a free on-site repair by a qualified service technician, including installation of a redesigned pop-pin and a missing warning label.

This recall involves Precor-branded Resolute Cable Multi-Station exercise equipment, Model No. RMS905, sold to gyms. The exercise equipment includes an adjustable pulley carriage that allows users to perform cable resistance exercises from different heights along a vertical rail. The brand name Precor is located above the vertical rail and "Model No. RMS905" is printed on a label on the underside of the pulley assembly's top frame, between the vertical rail and the weight stack. The exercise equipment measures 68 inches x 58 inches x 94 inches, has either a silver, black or white frame, and multiple upholstery options.

Charmast Power Banks Recalled Due to Fire and Burn Hazards; Sold by Charmast Exclusively on Amazon.com

Hazard: The lithium-ion battery in the recalled power banks can overheat and ignite, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled power banks immediately and contact Charmast for instructions on how to receive a full refund. To receive a refund, consumers will be required to provide photographs of their model W1056 power bank, their names and dates of the photograph written in indelible (permanent) marker above the label, and the severed power cord. Consumers should dispose of the power banks in accordance with local and state regulations.

This recall involves Charmast power banks, model W1056. They were sold in black, blue, green, mint, pink and white colors. The brand name "Charmast" is printed on the front and "Model: W1056" is printed on the back. Note: Recalled lithium-ion batteries should be disposed of in accordance with any local and state ordinances, following the procedures established by your municipal recycling center for damaged/defective/recalled lithium batteries, because these potentially hazardous batteries must be handled differently than other batteries. Do not throw this recalled power bank in the trash. Do not deposit this recalled power bank in used battery recycling boxes found at various retail and home improvement stores.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled lithium-ion batteries and contact Chervon for a free replacement or refund for the price of the battery. Consumers should register for the recall online at www.skil.com/recalls. Chervon will provide a battery collection kit for the consumer to return the recalled battery and will provide the requested remedy upon return of the recalled battery.

This recall involves SKIL brand 40V 5.0Ah Lithium-Ion Batteries that were manufactured before May 1, 2021. "SKIL" and "PWRCORE 40" are printed on the batteries. The recalled batteries were sold individually under the model number BY8708-00 for use with all SKIL 40V tools and were also sold in a combination kit with SKIL 40V Brushless 20-in Push Mowers (Model #PM 4910-10) or SKIL 40V Brushless 20-in Self-Propelled Mowers (Model #SM4910-10). Only the battery is recalled. The model number BY8708-00 and manufacturing date code, which is the first three digits of the 9-digit serial number, are located on a nameplate on the top of the battery pack near the battery terminals. Magnetic Building Sticks Sets Recalled Due to Ingestion Hazard; Violation of Federal Regulations for Toy Magnets; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com by Elongdi

Hazard: The recalled magnetic building sticks set violates the mandatory federal regulation for magnet toys posing an ingestion hazard. When high-powered magnets are swallowed, the ingested magnets can attract each other, or another metal object, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting and/or blockage of the intestines, infection, blood poisoning and death.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the recalled magnetic building stick sets immediately, take them away from children, and contact Elongdi to receive a pre-paid label to return the recalled magnetic building sticks for a full refund. Amazon is notifying all known purchasers directly.

This recall involves multicolored magnetic building sticks sets with 130 pieces with 100 magnetic sticks and are plastic and metal. The sets are sold in a box with the "Elongdi" logo and the words "Magnetic Sticks" on the front and back of the box. The set includes 30 steel balls. The item number is E107.
